Author’s Note: This story is inspired by the American sitcom, “Hope and Faith”. “Are you sure you’re okay with this, Charlie?” asked Hope as her kids loaded up into the minivan. “Absolutely,” insisted her husband Charlie. “Between your support of the PTA sponsored carnival, the school play, and helping me out in the office, you were due for a day just for yourself to unwind, relax, and recharge.
